Secret Study Buddy for Web Apps

Stuck on a question? Get the working, not just the answer.

Secret Study Buddy is a Chrome side panel that helps you actually understand your homework. Screenshot a question, highlight it, or type it, and get a clear answer with the working shown step by step, right beside the page you are on.

THREE WAYS TO ASK

Screenshot it. Click Screenshot a question, drag a box around the problem, and the panel reads it straight off the page. Works on quizzes, worksheets, PDFs and online homework systems, even when copy and paste is disabled.

Highlight it. Select any text on any page, right-click, and choose Ask Secret Study Buddy. The question lands in the panel ready to send.

Type it. Paste or type into the panel and press Ctrl+Enter.

ANSWERS THAT TEACH

Every answer shows the method, not just the result. Math is properly formatted, steps are laid out in order, and you can switch between Answer, Brief and Detailed to get as much or as little explanation as you need. Covers math, science, writing, history, business, coding and more, from middle school through college.

BUILT FOR STUDYING

The panel sits next to your work, so you never lose your place in the assignment. Every question and answer is saved to your account and searchable in the History tab, so you can pick up where you left off.

PRIVACY

Only what you capture, highlight or type is sent. Screenshots are used to produce the answer and then discarded. Nothing is read in the background, and the extension does not watch your browsing.

USE RESPONSIBLY

Secret Study Buddy is a study tool, not a shortcut around your school's academic integrity policy. Use it to understand the work, check your reasoning and learn the method.
